Art of Accompaniment Information
This document will help you review your role as a mentor, how communication should proceed, and what to do in special circumstances during your mentoring relationship. Click here to view it.
Impact Evaluation
The young women will be sent the same Impact Evaluation they filled out after the Forum to help us measure progress during their Art of Accompaniment mentoring year as well as some additional questions to help us identify their progress on their Action Plan. Click here to review the questions. The Impact Evaluation aims to answer the following questions:
- How has a woman’s ability to discern, value and share her gifts to become a more effective leader changed through her participation in GIVEN?
- How do GIVEN participants as young feminine leaders execute positive impact in the Church and the world?
- How are women equipped to combat social ills and serve others through their exposure to and relationship with consecrated women?
Please encourage your mentee to complete the Impact Evaluation when she receives it in order to close out her Art of Accompaniment year.
