The GIVEN Institute is dedicated to equipping a new generation of female Catholic leaders for service to the Church and the world. 

In response to a call for a deeper appreciation and activation of the gifts of women by Pope Saint John Paul II, Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI, and Pope Francis, GIVEN will help emerging female Catholic leaders discover their gifts and find practical means to pursue the mission that is uniquely theirs.

The Institute accomplishes this through leadership training, faith formation, mentoring, and programming which showcases the diverse and creative ways that Catholic women – lay and consecrated –use their gifts for good. 

The GIVEN Institute aims to be a resource for Church officials and partner organizations with an interest in engaging faithful female leaders. 

The centerpiece of the Institute is the Catholic Young Women’s Leadership Forum, an event that provides an immersion in faith formation, leadership training, and networking opportunities. 

The Institute is faithful to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church and entrusted Our Lady of Guadalupe, Mother of the New Evangelization.
