Elise Crawford Gallagher is a wife and mom to three littles. As of March 2023, she is the Chief Operating Officer of her family business, JC Law, a regional criminal and domestic law firm based in Baltimore, MD with offices in King of Prussia, PA and Fairfax, VA.

Before JC Law, Elise was the Founder & CEO of Ringlet, a marketing agency focused on serving women-owned businesses. Elise built RINGLET from a one-woman show to a thriving multi-dimensional company with eight employees. Ringlet produced national, multi-level campaigns for startups around the country.

In 2018, she founded Catholic Women in Business, a website, resource, and community of now over 10,000 members. In 2025, CWIB hosted more than 75 in-person meet-ups across the country with hundreds of women. In the Fall of 2024, Elise published her first book with Ave Maria Press, titled “Holy Ambition: Thriving as a Catholic Woman at Work and at Home”.

Elise’s mission is to encourage Catholic women to boldly step into their feminine genius to live the vocations God has called them to.
