Mother Gloria Therese, OCD
Mother Gloria Therese, OCD was born in Mankato, Minnesota and entered the Carmelite Sisters of the Most Sacred Heart of Los Angeles in 1990. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the College of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, MN, as well as a Master of Arts in Moral Theology from Holy Apostles College in Cromwell CT. Mother Gloria Therese has served her community as the Vocation Directress, Novice Directress, General Councilor and in a variety of roles in the Retreat apostolate. She spent three years at Franciscan University at Steubenville as a Spiritual Director and has served also served as President of Flos Carmeli Formation Centers, overseeing the Retreat and Education Apostolic Service Centers. In March 2020, Sister was called to serve as the Superior General of the Carmelite Sisters.
