What is the GIVEN Catholic Young Women’s Leadership Program?
Our program is designed to assist young adult Catholic women (ages 21-35) with a heart for mission and aptitude for leadership identify their particular gifts and find practical pathways to put them in the service of the Gospel.
GIVEN does this with the help of trained Mentors – women from every vocation (age 36+) – who desire to pay it forward and help a new generation of Catholic women become leaders in just the way God is calling them to.
We are currently accepting applications for young women participants and Mentors for our 2026 Cohort, now through December 31! (Applications after Dec 31 accepted on a rolling basis.)

Acceptance to a GIVEN cohort includes:
- The Leadership Forum: 5 transformational days of formation, prayer, and community in Washington, DC with top Catholic women leaders!
- 1 on 1 mentorship for a year
- Help to envision and launch a personal Action Plan in service to others

Catholic Women: Are you called to lead? Called to serve? Join the GIVEN Leadership Program! Apply before December 31!
The GIVEN Institute’s Catholic Young Women’s Leadership Program offers leadership development, faith formation, and dedicated mentorship for young women ages 21-35 seeking to live out their unique vocation and mission. Women accepted to the program participate in The Leadership Forum from June 24-28, 2026 at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, and are then paired with an established Catholic female leader for 1-on-1 mentorship and support to develop and launch an Action Plan – a new initiative activating personal gifts in service to others. GIVEN is also accepting applications from lay and consecrated women (ages 36+) who would like to serve as mentors or volunteers at the 2026 Forum. All women are encouraged to join GIVEN!
