Stephen Giordano

Stephen is the President and Founder of Day One Group, which specializes in leadership development, organization transformation through talent management, skills based training and the dynamics of interpersonal skills in management.

Stephen is a dynamic trainer and speaker. He delivers workshops and keynote talks in the areas of Consultative Selling Skills, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Coaching, Customer Service, Employee Retention, Team Building, Trainer Mastery, Management Strategies and Telemarketing.

Stephen’s work has significant impact. His extensive experience coaching executives and managers has been recognized and sought by companies including Morgan Stanley, UBS, Roche Pharmaceuticals and BMW for issues ranging from career derailment to the development of future senior leaders. He specializes in helping people to realize their professional and personal goals, and often is involved in larger organizational transformation while coaching the senior members in organizations.

Prior to founding his own company, he led a training organization that serviced Fortune 100 & 500 clients. During that time he hired, managed, trained, and developed both internal staff members as well as independent consultants. He was also responsible for 50% of the organization’s sales. Throughout his career, he has spent many years working in higher education as a guest lecturer, an athletic coach, as well as an administrator.

Stephen resides in Eastchester, New York with his wife Libby and their six children.
