Marian Leadership: Living the Feminine Genius Fruitfully in the Catholic Workplace
In this session, Meghan will lead us in a reflection on how to be a true Marian presence in a Catholic work environment, unlocking the gifts and power of our feminine genius in such a way that we can be a source of creativity, blessing, and transformation in our professions. She will talk about how to avoid the two pitfalls to which every woman is prone–female dominance and the passive doormat–and to find the middle road of Our Lady’s disposition of active receptivity. Meghan will give examples of personal lessons learned from her years of working in the Church as well as drawing from the Church’s teachings and the lives of the saints.
