Sr. Maria Juan Anderson, RSM
Sister Maria Juan Anderson, RSM, is a Religious Sister of Mercy of Alma, Michigan and currently serves as the Director of Christian Formation for the Diocese of Knoxville. Originally from Idaho, she received her degree in Music from Benedictine College and served for three years as a FOCUS Missionary before entering the Religious Sisters of Mercy in 2012. Prior to her service in Knoxville, she was assigned to study for her Licentiate in Philosophy at the Catholic University of America in Washington. D.C.
Sister Maria Juan has a passion for evangelization and helping others to grow in knowledge and love of our Lord and His Church. The Religious Sisters of Mercy strive to be the convergence point between God’s mercy and man’s misery through a common life of prayer and service to the Church in various apostolates including education and healthcare.
