Madeline Larson
Network Coordinator

Madeline Larson grew up in rural Minnesota before attending the University of Saint Thomas where she converted to the Catholic faith and earned her B.A. in Art History and Catholic Studies. She then attended the St. Paul Seminary School of Divinity, earning her M.A. in Pastoral Leadership, being further formed spiritually, intellectually, and pastorally. She used her education to serve at the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis in Youth Ministry and Marriage Preparation before stepping into a role as a Grant Coordinator for a pregnancy resource center.

In the midst of this all Madeline began her greatest vocation as wife and mother. She attended the 2024 GIVEN Forum after having her first child, further discovering her gifts and a new outlet for her passions. She continues to grow her Action Plan, Ad Porta Caeli, writing and speaking on the importance of sacred art, visio divina, and beauty. As the Alumnae Coordinator for GIVEN, she desires to pour out herself for the women who have walked through the GIVEN Leadership Program before her, with her, and who have yet to come.

Bringing rest and joy to her life is a love of reading, writing, and prayer – all the while being surrounded by her husband and two children.

“God knows me and calls me by my name.… God has created me to do Him some definite service; He has committed some work to me which He has not committed to another. I have my mission— I never may know it in this life, but I shall be told it in the next. I ask not to see— I ask not to know— I ask simply to be used.” –Saint John Henry Newman
